Teenage Driver’s Education Program

Our Teenage Driver’s Education Program will help teens obtain their Texas Driver’s Permit and Texas Driver’s License. Our program consists of 16 classroom sessions and 7 driving sessions. Classroom sessions 1 - 3 are in preparation for the Texas Driver’s Permit test. Classroom sessions 4 - 16 will prepare you to be a safe, responsible driver. During the school year, you have two choices of classroom sessions:

  1. Monday & Wednesday, 7pm - 9pm and Saturday, 1pm - 3pm

  2. Tuesday & Thursday, 7pm - 9pm and Saturday, 3pm - 5pm.

During the Summer, we have 3 classroom sessions each day, Monday - Friday:

  1. 9:30 - 11:30am

  2. 1:30 - 3:30pm

  3. 6:30 - 8:30pm

If these times do you not work for you, we are flexible and can work with your schedule. Please call to inquire about alternate times.

Total Cost: $300.00

Includes classroom course, required in-car driving, and permit testing at Quad Cities.

In-Car Lessons

We offer driving lessons for Quad Cities students, people looking for practice before taking their driver’s license test, and anyone else looking to improve or refresh their skills. Please note student rates are only for people who have taken our Adult 6-Hour Education Program.

Quad Cities students: $40.00 per hour

Non-Students: $50.00 per hour

Third Party Skills Testing

Any adult person who has a valid picture permit or any teen who has held a permit for 6 months is eligible for the driving test.

$50 with use of Quad Cities car

$60 with use of personal car

Exams must be scheduled in advance.

 

Adult 6-Hour Driver’s Education Program

This 6-hour course is available to anyone 18 and older. This course will help you earn your Texas Driver’s Permit and License. This class is offered on select Sundays at 8:45am. No advance registration is required.

NOTE! The total cost includes the in-person course AND the driving exam. You will be able to complete your driving exam promptly and be on your way! Discuss scheduling your driving exam with the Quad Cities team upon taking the driving course.
